Empowering New Coaches with Connection, Growth,

and Inspiration in an Intimate Retreat.

What to Expect?

Hands-On Presentation & Feedback Opportunities

Each attendee will have a dedicated 45-minute slot to present a workshop, outline the foundations of a course, or lead a discussion. This unique opportunity allows you to try out material in a safe, supportive space. You'll receive immediate feedback and testimonials from all attendees, giving you experience as a retreat presenter while boosting credibility.

Dedicated Sessions for Reflection and Goal-Setting

Through journaling, business planning, and goal-setting sessions, we’ll create actionable plans to keep each other accountable long after the retreat. These guided sessions encourage deep reflection on your coaching path and help you craft clear, achievable goals that align with your vision.

Coordinated Coaching Exchanges for Professional Growth

For those looking to increase coaching hours or gain more experience, coordinated coaching exchanges with fellow attendees are a core feature. These exchanges provide a collaborative environment to deepen your coaching practice, learn from peers, and foster supportive relationships that continue beyond the retreat.

Mindfulness & Wellness

The retreat offers group meditations, quiet reflection, and local wellness activities such as yoga and breathwork. Shared group meals and activities create a close-knit community atmosphere, providing you with the perfect balance of relaxation, connection, and rejuvenation.

Meet the Hosts

Carmelita 'Cat' Tiu

I'm at my best when I'm helping others thrive - whether as an ICF certified life coach, attorney for creative agencies, podcaster, mom, spouse, or houseplant enthusiast.

Ever since I was 15, when I went to my first all-girls leadership retreat, I've been hooked on personal development, connecting with growth-oriented women, and exploring how to make the most out of our time on this earth.

I believe that to be truly happy, we have to identify the values and patterns that we inherit, and choose what to keep and what to leave behind. That slow progress is worth celebrating. That our biggest regrets are the things we don’t do. And positive relationships — especially with ourselves — are key to happiness.

As a coach, I use positive psychology, mindfulness and evidence-based

techniques to help impact-driven women who wear many hats and "struggle with the juggle" (Type A moms, I see you!) become holistically happier and healthier. Let's rise together!

Hey friends, I’m T, an advanced certified life coach with a knack for helping folks who struggle with people-pleasing, setting boundaries, effective communication and perfectionism, as well as self-saboteurs who long to see their way out the dreaded “stuck” feeling in their lives.

In addition to using techniques grounded in the International Coaching Federation’s core competencies, I’m fascinated with personality theory and often use the enneagram as a roadmap to help clients understand and overcome counterproductive behavioral patterns.

In my personal life, I’m pretty enamored with connection, minimalism,

neurodivergence, androgyny, meditation, travel, urban hiking, jackets, waterfalls, mountains and scary movies.

You deserve a transformative weekend focused on self-reflection and renewal! Join us for an

invigorating women's retreat where we will delve into the process of releasing what no longer serves

us and creating powerful intentions for the upcoming year. This retreat will feature a mix of inspiring

workshops, reflective exercises, and empowering sessions aimed at helping you uncover what holds

you back and confidently embrace your true potential.

You’ll gain...

  • Renewed inner strength and deterimination

  • A sense of stability cultivated through meditation sessions and group discussions

  • Strategies to manifest the circumstances that support your vision

  • Insights gained from doing the inner work and self-reflection

  • A framework for setting clear, actionable goals for 2025
