Join Carmelita (Cat) Tiu and Theresa (T) Maglio for 4 days and 3 nights at the one-of-a-kind Thanksgiving House at the beautiful Elohee Retreat Center, where we will embrace yoga, mindfulness, and purposeful action. Sautee Nacoochee, in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, is the perfect escape to refresh the soul and stand for your purpose.

Throughout the retreat we will have daily yoga practices, meditation, nature excursions, and learning sessions where each attendee will present, receive feedback, and gain testimonials. Discover the power within you and inspire others to shine brightly.
